● The terms "anipan," Us," "Our," and "We" refer to anipan, a Sole Proprietorship based in the United Kingdom and operated from British Columbia, Canada. "anipan" can also be substituted for "Site."
● The terms "The Site," "anipan," and "[www.]anipan.com" refer to this website and all internal content served.
● The terms "anipan Shop" and "Shop" refers to Our internally-operated retail outlet.
● The term "Team" refers to the group of people who are elected by Us to maintain The Site.
● The term "This Document" refers to the Terms of Service.
● The terms "You" and "Your" refer to you; the individual reading This Document and/or using The Site at any given moment.
● The terms "User" and "Users" refer to the individuals who visit and use The Site.
The purpose of This Document is to create a safe and enjoyable environment at anipan.com.
By using anipan, You agree to the terms outlined in This Document. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or delete sections of the Terms of Service at Our sole discretion without prior or subsequent notification.
You agree to provide accurate information upon registration. This includes Your own valid email address (which is required for password recovery and, in instances where Your immediate attention would be required, may be used by an administrator to contact You), and Your own date of birth, gender, and country. This information must remain accurate, and must be updated if Your circumstances change.
It is Your responsibility to create a strong password and secure it from the knowledge of other individuals.
We require that all people under the age of 18 have parental consent before joining. In the event that a user is under 18, their legally responsible parent or guardian is bound by the terms in anipan's Terms of Service upon enrolment.
You understand and agree to Our Privacy Policy and agree to any future changes that may be introduced. If at any point you do not agree to changes in our Privacy Policy, you may cancel your anipan account.
Your language and behaviour towards other Users must be civilised: harassment, stalking, intimidation, blackmail and other forms of cyber-bullying are not tolerated. When noticing abusive behaviour, it is Your responsibility to report it to anipan.
You agree to not publish Your or anybody else's sensitive information, as well as any content that could otherwise be considered criminal by U.S., Canadian, or local laws.
You agree that the "Title" field in art submissions or blog titles must not contain any offensive language.
You agree to view items flagged as "mature content" at Your own risk and to disable mature content warnings only at Your own discretion.
Spam and hack attempts are not permitted in any form.
We reserve the right to have the final say in disputes and incidents, and the right to monitor public activity and private disputes.
Images posted in public space (including but not limited to Your avatar and hotlinked images) must not contain mature content of any kind, with the exception of art submissions flagged as "mature content."
You agree that by submitting images as "artwork", you either own the full rights to the artwork to or have the content owner's explicit permission to upload this image.
You accept responsibility for anything posted by Your account to The Site. We reserve the right to delete content of any kind if it violates Our Terms of Service or if We feel it puts any of Our Users or The Site at risk.
You agree to provide accurate information regarding Your name and mailing address when ordering from the Shop.
No refunds can be issued on virtual products. For physical products, refunds can be issued only in the form of store credit to be used exclusively at the anipan Shop.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 28 days of the dispatch date, in the condition in which it was received. Refunds from independent sellers must be settled between the customer and independent seller.
We will indefinitely suspend Users without prior notice if We feel they are in violation of Our Terms of Service or any of Our policies. We may also delete any or all of the content produced by this User.
Upon exclusion, You agree to refrain from interacting with any other Users, with the exception of Team members only when disputing the exclusion, in any way until You are re-admitted to The Site. During this time, You must not create any new accounts.
Repeat or extreme violations may lead to legal action.
anipan is operated from Canada and, as such, abides by Canadian law. The servers are located in the United States, so any content passed through them must also abide by U.S. and any other local laws.
